Diehl Subaru in Massillon is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator for our Subaru franchise.

Job Responsibilities :
- Process and submit all warranty claims as per policy and procedure set by Subaru.
- Supporting technicians and management with any prior approval or questions in regards to warranty claims.
- Monitor for rejected claims and handle any issues in a timely manner.
- Must be very organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Other duties as needed specified by the department manager.
