Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to identify potential clients and generate interest in the MSP services.
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for the Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition of the MSP services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or MSP industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
