Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the companys curriculum and educational standards
Provide engaging and interactive instruction to students catering to their individual learning needs
Lead and mentor a team of teachers providing guidance and support in their professional development
Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback and implementing interventions when necessary
Collaborate with other lead teachers and school administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behavior
Stay uptodate with the latest educational trends and techniques incorporating them into lesson plans and teaching practices
Attend professional development opportunities and trainings to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Qualifications :
Associates degree in Education or higher in a related field
Valid teaching certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead teacher in a similar setting
Strong understanding of child development and different learning styles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team of teachers
Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
Passion for education and dedication to student success
