Responsibilities
Front Desk Receptionist job responsibilities include :
- Greet patients; check patients in and out
- Schedule / confirm patient appointments
- Communicating with the clinical team and doctors to ensure smooth flow
- Gather patient demographics
- Verify insurance information for each patient
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
- Collect payments
- Check in contact lenses
- Check voicemails and returns messages
