About the Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional drum teacher to teach full-time at our Bonney Lake location.
We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON!
Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency.
Preference will be given to candidates with Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays afternoon / evening availability.
Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.
Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and education and will be in the range of $31-34 / hour. Health, vision and dental benefits are available to our full-time (30+ hours weekly) employees.
A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job.
