The Lakeland plant is part of the InsulationSystems Business manufacturing Atticat unbonded loose fill. It hasapproximately 44 employees operates 24 / 7.
The plant’sproducts are sold into the US residential insulationmarket.
Candidate must be wellqualified MultiCraft Maintenance Technician with a solid trackrecord and strong manufacturing work experience.
This candidatewill be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting but the largemajority of their responsibilities will be electrical.
Candidatemust have operational PLC mechanical electrical hydraulicspneumatics and robotics experience and skills. Previous and recentexperience performing preventative maintenance testing electricalcomponents and troubleshooting arenecessary.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
- Strictly adhere to all plant safety practicescodes procedures and programs.
- Perform complex electrical troubleshootingand repairs. Read and interpret complex electricalschematics.
- Able toread analyze and troubleshoot PLCs.
- Communicate with other plant personnel toidentify diagnose and repair equipment problems and processupsets.
- Possessworking knowledge of the Maintenance Work Order System. Completework as instructed in Work Orders obtain assistance asneeded.
- Complete thepaperwork and computer notations associated with Work Orders PMsParts Requisitions Scheduling and other maintenanceprocesses.
- Identifyrequired parts and supplies and utilize the ordering process toobtain them.
- Rebuildcomplex mechanical equipment such as valves pumps fiberizersetc.
- Perform complexrebuilds of and modify all plant systems and individualequipment.
- Performwelding and basic pipefitting as well as hydraulic and pneumatictroubleshooting and repairs.
- Participate in and completes special projectsas assigned
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or equivalentrequired.
- Must be 18years of age or older.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. fulltime.
EXPERIENCE :
- 35 years industrial mechanicalexperience preferred
- 35 years industrial electrical experiencepreferred
