About the Role :
Cannondale is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing SAP and data-focused projects to make a big impact in our global Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO).
In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives by collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
How You'll Make an Impact :
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage the scope with appropriate change control measures in place (scope, schedule, budget)
- Utilize the EPMO framework of intake, planning and prioritization prior to project execution
- Monitor, track, and address risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate progress, risks, and concerns to stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver executive steering committee updates when necessary
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including data owners and stewards, business analysts, Technical Product Owners, and subject matter experts to understand their needs, priorities, and requirements
- Work closely with third party development partners where necessary
- Responsible for successful delivery of development programs / projects with integration of organizational change management
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all project team members
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams through the development and integration of small and large-scale initiatives across the entire project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization while meeting project goals and timelines
- Ensure project transition to support is planned and managed in close cooperation with the development and infrastructure leads
- Oversee change and adoption of projects
- Document project completion and include lessons learned
- Conduct internal and external audits on projects
- Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors and culture
- Contribute to the company's success by leading and assisting in other projects and tasks assigned
- Follow internal controls and company policy as set by company and job function
- Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement
What You Bring to the Table :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology management, engineering or a related field required
- 3-5 years relevant experience required (managing SAP-related & complex data projects)
- Proven Stakeholder management and organizational change management skills
- Experience in various project management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid etc.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
- Relevant experience leading Small to Large scale solution build & deployments across multiple regions, applications and areas
- Experience in managing external vendors, resources and contracts
- Knowledgeable in business change management as part of a project
- Experience in transitioning (technical) project deliverables to support team
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Azure Devops, MS Excel, etc.
