Our team is passionate about design, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talented and experienced Design and Graphics Manager to join our growing company and drive our creative vision forward.

Position Overview : The Design and Graphics Manager will oversee all aspects of the design and graphics department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional visual solutions that meet client specifications and company standards.

This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a graphics team.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of design innovation.
• Conduct quality checks on all design work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical support and guidance on design software and production techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications :

• The position is full-time and located in Huntsville, Alabama.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• Minimum of 3 5 years of design and graphics experience, sign industry preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). CAD software knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency working with RIP software, Flexi.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and materials.
• Vinyl graphics installation experience required.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
