Job Description :

• Supports proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Initiates documentation to authorize and directs work in accordance with contractual specifications.
• Supports drafting of contractual notification and letters for deliverables.
• Maintains contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, and other documents for all projects.
• Supports compliance with ITAR, import / export, and other legal and contractual laws.
• Primary contractual POC to AAS Contracting Officer.

Education / Experience :

2 +BA / BS or 1+MA / MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Certification(s) : None

None

Required Experience :

• Experience in supporting the full spectrum of contract management functions from proposal preparation to contract negotiation and administration.
• Experience managing the acquisition and fulfillment of contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, particularly in the ITAR and import / export domains.
• Experience drafting critical contractual notifications and correspondence.
• Expertise maintaining detailed contractual records and documentation.
