Junior Fleet Technician
Terry's Electric, Inc. has been providing quality electrical services in Central Florida for over 45 years. We are dedicated to ensuring safe electrical systems for our community, and that goal remains our primary focus.

We are seeking a Fleet Technician to assist the fleet department in maintaining a full range of automotive maintenance and repairs necessary to keep the TEI fleet and equipment in good running condition.
The Jr. Mechanic will be responsible for doing basic fleet maintenance and assist the Sr. Mechanic in more detailed jobs.
Major Responsibilities :
- Inspect and test vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and filter replacements.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and maintain supplies to keep fleet and equipment operational.
- Collaborate with TEI staff to address operator complaints and conduct inspections.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and safety malfunctions, replacing parts and components as needed.
- Conduct test drives to assess vehicle serviceability and provide feedback to the Sr. mechanic and fleet manager.
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic experience in the automotive industry (e.g., oil changes, tire changes, battery replacements).
- Possession of personal tools is a plus.
- Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7 AM to 4 PM.
