The Field Service Technician will be based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of their HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking equipment.

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He / she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.

Responsibilities :

• Equipment Repair and Maintenance : Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk in coolers / freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems.
• Support the client Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner.

Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.

Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas related issues with commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
• Experience a minimum of 2-5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Preferred relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy.
• Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening.
• Computer skills including Microsoft office
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
