Job Title : Warehouse Lead
Job Description
GENERAL SCOPE : As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of material handling to support the effective flow of raw materials and finished goods into and out of production.
This is an advanced lead position, involving training and troubleshooting in all related areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Accurately pick and verify raw materials from warehouse locations to ensure continuous supply to production.
- Receive and put away finished goods and return raw materials to stock from production in a timely manner.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in a controlled and organized manner.
- Ensure all materials are properly identified and stored per company policies.
- Safely and efficiently move materials to and from warehouse locations using material handling equipment including pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts.
- Count and break down material into floor bin quantities.
- Ensure all obsolete and / or expired products are properly dispositioned.
- Accurately perform material transactions within the ERP system.
- Deliver material between facilities and other locations as necessary.
- Run daily manifests and perform end-of-day tasks.
- Maintain safe working practices and environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
