Necessary Qualifications :
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R
- Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience preferred
Schedule :
- Full-time, No weekends
- 90% clinically treating patients
- 10% administration
In this role, you will dedicate 90% of your time to direct patient care, with the remaining 10% focused on administrative tasks including recruiting, business metrics, patient / client satisfaction, and center management.

Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, concentrating on their professional development and growth.
- Manage daily patient care and implement effective care management protocols.
- Oversee the execution of clinical model playbooks, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure accurate record-keeping and billing practices.
- Maintain a high-quality treatment environment in compliance with State Practice Act / Rules and Regulations / Workers' Compensation Regulations.
Education / Credentials :
- Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but training is available for otherwise qualified candidates
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare
Job Requirements :
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff.
- Effective daily patient care management.
- Adherence to clinical model playbooks and identification of clinical improvement indicators, along with accurate record-keeping and billing.
- Creation of a treatment environment that complies with State Practice Act / Rules and Regulations / Workers' Compensation Regulations.
