Required Qualifications
Neuro / Trauma ICU experience necessary
Must score at least a 3 in proficiency in most of the neuro categories : managing ICP / EVDs, caring for stroke, post interventions, and closed head trauma patients.
1. Current state license or compact multi state license
2. SSN / DOB required to send
3. ACLS
4. 50 mile radius

Preferred Qualifications
Neuro and trauma experience preferred

This 396-bed tertiary care facility, features Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers and an accredited cancer care program.
In addition, this facility has achieved advanced certification from The Joint Commission for ventricular assist devices and was the first hospital in northern Indiana to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
