Business Development Manager - Texas

INFINIUM has the immediate need for a conscientious, organized, and detailed Business Development Manager (to be located in Texas) to join our team with the following qualifications :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive company / product exposure to respective markets within specified region to include, but not limited to market research, cold calling, industry organizational involvement, targeted trips / meetings, industry entertainment, and other outbound efforts
- Develop new and further strengthen existing relationships / accounts via architects, designers, general contractors, owner's representatives, and clients
- Initiate leads / new opportunity in respective markets / region to generate positive activity for Infinium resulting in sales / company growth, maximizing revenue & profitability
- Supporting VP / Director of Sales with market / region insight, outlook, overall activity & performance to aid in Infinium's national growth approach & to develop accurate monthly sales objectives & reports.
- Coordinate & support Infinium's independent architectural rep groups who may be actively representing the company in local markets within the region.
- Strong knowledge for Infinium's product & process (internal + external) to best support local reps & active opportunities through the typical lifecycle a project will have.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or sales management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts across regions
- New Business Development experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel as required by role
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be extremely organized, have problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time management.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
