Job Description :
Premier digital large format printing company in MS is busy. Due to growth and expansion the company is hiring a Production Manager to oversee design, production, quality and on-time delivery of printed products.
Responsibilities include : Direct and lead a production team of approximately 15 - 20 in the design to production to shipping of large format vehicle wraps and signage.
Schedule employees and equipment to maximize efficiency.Analyze production and make any recommendations to improve efficiencies and reduce waste and down times.
Ensure projects are meeting and / or exceeding client expectations.Work closely with sales and customer service on any production issues or changes.
Employee training and development.Engage with clients on projects as needed.Qualifications include : Minimum of 5 - 7 years' leadership experience in large format digital printing industry.
Working knowledge of roll-to-roll printers, laminators, and plotters.Excellent employee mentoring and development skills.
Team building experience to promote a positive work culture.Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Process Improvement practices.
Excellent communication skills interacting with sales, clients and hourly employees.Proficient on MSO and Adobe CC a plus.

Starting salary range $80,000 - $95,000 + bonus potential, benefits, and relocation assistance.
