Job Title : Nurse Practitioner

Location : Hampton Roads, Virginia

Practice Type : Primary Care Start-Up

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new primary care practice in the Hampton Roads area. The mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

As they establish the practice, we are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join the team and help us make a positive impact in the community.

Position Overview :

As a Nurse Practitioner at the new practice, you will have the opportunity to shape patient care from the ground up. You will initially see 8-10 patients per day, with the potential for growth as we expand our patient base.

This role does not include walk-ins, allowing you to focus on providing comprehensive care to your patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in primary care.

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
• No nights or weekends

Compensation :

Salary range : $110,000 - $140,000, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia.
• Ideally, 3-4 years of clinical experience in primary care or a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
