Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in food manufacturing or pharma, capable of driving continuous improvement and managing a skilled team.

Senior Maintenance Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop maintenance programs, ensuring safety, quality and operational efficiency
- Oversee maintenance activities, manage downtime events and drive continuous improvement
- Supervise and develop staff, manage resources and coordinate planned shutdowns
Senior Maintenance Manager Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in food / pharmaceuticals manufacturing
- 5+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of FDA, OSHA and safety regulations
