Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Donaldson. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to create content to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, report performance, and generate leads.

Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Curate engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, relevant to engaging the target audience to enhance brand visibility & positioning.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply them to our social media activities. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including daily monitoring, scheduling and publishing posts, and responding to comments and messages.

Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing and communication objectives. Build thriving relationships across all organizational departments to foster creative conversations and awareness of social media efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for effective utilization. Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
