Make a difference as a Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Oak Grove Healthcare Center, you'll play an integral role in our operations by managing payroll administration and meticulously verifying time clock punches to ensure accuracy in employee compensation.

Your responsibilities will include employee recruiting, where you'll attract top talent, and conducting orientation sessions to seamlessly integrate new hires into our culture.

Further, you'll take a proactive approach to employee retention, fostering an environment of growth and engagement. Additionally, you'll handle Accounts Payable by entering vital information into the system, allowing corporate to efficiently process vendor payments.

This multifaceted role requires an abundance thinker and a problem solver, committed to excellence and integrity in every task.

Are you the Human Resources Coordinator we're looking for?

To be successful as a Human Resources Coordinator at Oak Grove Healthcare Center, a combination of essential skills and familiarity with various software tools is crucial.

Proficiency in Human Resources software will enable you to manage employee data effectively, while expertise in payroll systems ensures accurate compensation processing.

You should be adept at navigating Accounts Payable tools, facilitating timely vendor payments with precision. Strong organizational skills are necessary for efficiently verifying time clock entries, which directly impact employee satisfaction and trust.

Additionally, your ability to engage in employee recruiting and retention strategies will foster a supportive work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will further enhance your capacity to connect with both new hires and existing staff, nurturing a culture of collaboration and high performance within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma. College Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, or Health Care Management is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experiences as HR / Payroll Administration.
  • At least one (1) year of experience with recruitment and retention preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to employment, wage and hour, and labor relations, etc.
  • Working knowledge of payroll processing. Lawson, ADP, and PeopleNet system experience preferred.
