Responsibilities
- Partnerwith stakeholders across business units to develop analyses anddocumentation in a collaborative way communicating effectively andefficiently with production managerial and executiveteams
- Evaluateanalyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basisand maintain systems processes including the delivery of monthlystatus reports to all appropriateparties
- Authorand update internal and external documentation and formallyinitiate and deliver requirements anddocumentation
- Conductdaily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshootproblems
- Developmeaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimizedsystems integration and respond to questions and concerns frommanagers and executives with supporting research andrecommendations
Requiredskills andqualifications.
- Fiveor more years of experience in analytics and systemsdevelopment
- Highproficiency with JIRA Confluence and aha board.
- Excellentcommunicationskills
- Experiencein running JAD sessions requirements sessions SWOTsessions
- Experiencein test casecreation
- Provenanalytical abilities in requirement and Dataarea
- Experiencein generating process documentation andreports
- Excellentcommunication skills with an ability to translate data intoactionableinsights
- Experiencein health care / clinical trialsdomain
- Excellentknowledge in managing JIRA boards (defining EPICS User storiesacceptance criteriaetc.)
Preferredskills andqualifications
- Bachelorsdegree (or equivalent) in information technology or computerscience
- Strongworking knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications includingVisio
- Provenability to manage projects and usertesting
