Liveo Research is a global manufacturer of rigid packaging solutions with five locations worldwide. Our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Delaware City, Delaware is looking for a Key Account Manager.

Key Accountabilities :
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Pharma customer accounts / targets.
- Work cross-functionally with other Liveo Key Account Managers in supporting global customers with a Global Key Account Management approach
- Map out share of wallet / spend on relevant product segments to Liveo in each assigned pharmaceutical account and develops strategic action plans that are S.
M.A.R.T. to capture wallet share
- Develop robust long-term pipeline of new opportunities that correlate to / support Liveo growth requirements
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Leverage analytical mindset to identify strengths and weaknesses inside sales territory and cultivates multiple options to improve performance
- Identify, cultivate, and commercialize new business opportunities whether through new accounts or existing customers to grow their territory with a focus on short, medium, and long-term timing.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Negotiate new pricing, supply, quality, and other agreements to support growth requirements in territory
- Actively participate in planning and execution of company marketing activities
- Explore new application / target-market opportunities for current products and services
- Responsible for the monitoring, analysis and reporting of competitor activities in the market
Qualifications :
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution
- 5 - 7 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
