Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, team leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Candidates with prior experience in the RV industry or holding similar management positions are highly preferred.
As we prepare to open two new locations west of Dallas in 2025, we want to bring the right candidates onboard as soon as possible to immerse them in our company culture and sales strategies.
This will ensure you are set up for success and can lead with confidence as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies tailored to the RV industry
- Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Stay ahead of market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Prior experience in the RV industry or related management roles is preferred
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and strategies
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
