North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) is seeking a Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst, you will :
- Maintain and grow the relationship between NDIT and Agency customers.
- Be a primary resource for your customers regarding enhancements and maintenance operations for their IT systems.
- Represent the customer business needs when requesting IT work through a regular rhythm of business a
- Be a trusted partner to our customers on new technology investment strategies and decisions.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of business analysis, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management techniques.
To thrive in this position, you must have strong research skills, knowledge of business work-flow processes, system integration and support.
You will be a leader who enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment, who can learn quickly in a rapidly changing technology landscape, and who embodies the core values that we follow as public servants for the State of ND : Gratitude, Humility, Curiosity, and Courage.
To be considered, you must have one of the following :
- Bachelor’s degree in a business administration, computer science or closely related field and two year’s of professional-level work as a business analyst or similar role
- Associate degree in a business administration, computer science or closely related field and 4 years of professional-level work as a business analyst or similar role
Professional experience meeting the above qualifications can be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
