At Coverall, you will be a multi-department manager, spending your days managing and growing our sales team, overseeing operations, and guiding and growing our franchise base.
We are looking for a manager with a strong sales background, skills in problem solving, time management, and prioritization, and the passion to take the office to the next level.

About the Role :
Why does our team love it here? Generous base salary plus commission / bonus structure. Uncapped monthly commission based upon office performance.

Responsibilities :
- As the manager of the Williamsville, NY Support Center, you will use your talents to direct and motivate our sales and operations teams as one cohesive unit.
- You will work hands on with our sales team generating new business and with our operations team retaining customers, problem solving, and training our franchise base.
- With a focus on selling new business and retaining customers, you will ultimately pave your way to the income you want to earn!
