About the Job :
Provides proper testing and education for in / outpatients following prescribed schedules, physician orders, competencies and protocols.
Utilizes proper equipment and procedures, protects patient’s confidentiality, and produces accurate and complete documentation for all activities.
What You’ll Do :
- Performs EKG’s, holter monitors, cardiac event monitoring, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitors, and response to emergency codes within specified guidelines, protocols and physician orders.
- Promptly responds in emergencies
- Manages Epiphany software and EKG equipment to ensure smooth work flow
- Recognizes critical rhythms and notifies RN or provider promptly
- Cross-trains in other areas as required by need and skills. Assists in training new staff and participates with student interns.
Who You Are :
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must successfully complete department training program in 12 lead ECG during probation period.
- complete all major competency verifications on a yearly basis.
- Completion of Certified Cardiographic Technician course within 6 months- 1 year of hire.
- NH Medical Technologist Registration required (unless other current NH state license is held).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in ECG preferred. Pediatric / neonatal experience a plus

Work Shift :
28 hours a week. 3 full days and 1 half day.
