Travel Team Registered Nurse - Hospice
This role will assist new locations transition to their permanent clinical team through onboarding and training. The travel team ensures seamless operations during growth, extended PTO, or other gaps.
These team members prevent extra strain on the team, keeping patient care our top priority. This position will require a person to travel to different states and sites on a weekly basis.
Travel Team Registered Nurse - Hospice Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care
- Provides skilled nursing care including administration of medications and treatments
as prescribed in the physician’s plan of care for patients in their home setting.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel Team Registered Nurse - Hospice Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of employment.
- We are seeking individuals who either hold an RN license or are willing to obtain one in the following states : CT or PA.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
