Job Description
Permanent Float - Dental Assistant & Office position in a Mountain View general dental practice. They are looking for someone to work Tuesdays and Fridays 9-4.
This would be mostly back office and basic reception tasks. Having Chinese, Korean, or Japanese as a primary or secondary language is also a huge bonus for their patient base.

Responsibilities
All office aspects from scheduling, insurance verification, processing claims, updating general
information in all systems ordering front and back office supplies
- Welcome patients to the office and help with any questions or concerns;
- Take telephone calls and respond to dental inquiries appointments, and insurance;
- Scheduling appointments according to available time slots and providing appointment details to
- patients over the telephone and in person;
- Prepare the work area for procedures
- Take x-rays of patients; teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist
- Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
- Restock treatment areas
Qualifications
- Current dental licensure - Xray certificate is a plus
- Current BLS or CPR certification
