The General Manager plays a key role in marketing, recruiting top stylists, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and business growth for salon owners in locations.
Success in this role is defined by driving tenant recruitment, delivering exceptional support and service, and fostering a community where each beauty professional can flourish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day multi-site operations including marketing, leasing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
- Drive occupancy and retention goals by attracting and supporting top-tier beauty professionals.
- Manage revenue collection, expense control, and financial performance across multiple locations within the market.
- Lead facility and vendor management, ensuring high standards of service and support for salon owners.
- Cultivate relationships within the beauty industry and foster a community of independent beauty professionals.
- Provide business training and resources to support the success of salon owners.
- Deliver excitement and engagement with company programs and initiatives, generating enthusiasm for growth.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in a client-facing industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, sales, general management).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of success in managing the full sales cycle, delivering high-quality services, and achieving business objectives.
- Financial literacy and general management expertise.
- Ability to balance and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (corporate, employees, salon owners, vendors).
- Self-starter capable of managing strategic and operational demands across multiple business objectives.
