Successful candidate will be hardworking, motivated, self-starter with a great personality and ability to manage time well, even if working independently, but also work as part of a collaborative team.

Facilites : Monitor activities that happen outside of the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling Vineyard Management and landscape management includes wedding, maintenance, winter preparation, canopy management.

Exterior seasonal building maintenance Irrigation Management Daily maintenance of walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and terraces Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Paint, remodel and refurbish areas as needed Change and maintain all filters for HVAC as required Operate machinery such as forklift, golf carts, lawn machines, tractor and others.

Ensuring that staff members are following safety guidelines while using machinery. Change light bulbs, interior and exterior as needed Conduct construction of projects as assigned Conduct carpentry and repairs as needed.

Assist with the Vineyard Facilities Department staff in their daily task and facilitate staff members to appropriate duties Must be certified in vineyard spraying and responsible for efforts toward certification Assist in snow removal, ice and snow management on property Event set up of chairs, tables, and other furnishings with the direction of event managers and / or the Dir of Event Operations Qualifications : Embody our Core Values at all times Must maintain composure at all times Strong communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Self Motivated Must take direction and follow Physical Requirements : Ability to walk / stand for long periods;

for an entire shift Ability to lift up 75lbs occasionally Ability to work in a food / wine environment Ability to climb stairs and ladders Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require Ability to work in extreme temperatures Ability to drive a golf cart and utility vehicle Ability to use leaf blowers and weed trimmers Ability to use tractor, riding lawn mower, fork lift.
