Sales Administrative Assistant

Curtze Food Service is a leading provider of high-quality food and supplies to the food service industry. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence, we seek a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant.

This role is integral to supporting our sales department and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Proficient in producing documents, Excel spreadsheets, contest trackers, and other sales-related materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a forward-thinking and calm approach to working under pressure.
• A positive and upbeat personality is a must. Enjoy working and engaging with a diverse range of personalities on a daily basis.
• The primary working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. However, flexibility is essential, as there may be occasions when late hours or weekend work is required to meet business needs.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events related to sales and promotions.
• Foster positive relationships and engagement with all members of the sales team.

Wage : $18 - $25 per hour based on experience

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly within a sales environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
