We are an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with a solid tax background to join our growing team. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for our clients and their families and educate them on matters directly and indirectly related to estate planning.
To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility.
We are searching for an applicant with substantial experience in estate planning. We pride ourselves on offering personalized services that help clients secure their legacies and protect their assets.

Compensation :
$105,000 - $140,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
- Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
- Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfers
- Draft and review estate planning documents, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to design comprehensive plans that minimize estate and gift taxes
- Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulations affecting estate planning
Qualifications :
- Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
- In-depth knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax laws.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a variety of cases and provide high-quality client service.
- Minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience, with a strong focus on tax-related matters.
