All Smiles Dental Group, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is growing and adding a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to our dentist-led, patient-centric practice.
We are a PPO and FFS location looking to enhance our patient and doctor experience by adding a Treatment Coordinator to assist with the treatment process Monday through Friday.
A fantastic General dentist and Associate Dentist lead our All Smiles Dental Group location, and we strive to be the best dental practice in Colorado Springs.
Our office has onsite digital scanners, a cloud-based dental PMS system, and a team of general dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and more.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Meeting with potential patients to discuss our dental implant solutions and other surgical treatments
- Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process regarding their implant choice / solutions
- Develop relationships with potential, current, and future patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consultation and treatment.
- We use a sales CRM to track consults and treatments and contact patients weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in treatment to help educate them on the implant and all-on-four processes, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment.
- Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts, scheduling new patients for consults and following up on email inquiries.
- Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals.
- Other duties as assigned, working closely with the operations team to drive revenue, new patient consults

Requirements
- Previous Treatment Coordinator experience - in Dentistry - 2+ years
- Ability to work FT-Monday-Friday
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion to deliver a high standard of care and patient experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong technical expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Denticon experience would be a PLUS
Salary Description 20.00-24.00 / hr
