Job Description :

This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional looking for the next step in their career.

As a Preventative Maintenance Project Manageryou will be responsible for :

Manages allpreventative maintenance work in accordance with contractualobligations and due date assignments.

Responds to incoming customer requests forpreventative maintenance scheduling and makes outgoing contact inorder to ensure all end to end activities occur ahead ofsystemspecific due date.

Manages engagement milestones to ensure on timecompletion and identify actions required to keep them on trackincluding customer milestones such as proactive scheduling andrequired room availability for maintenance performance.

Reacts to changingpriorities and capable of engaging with customers and internalpartners to reschedule planned work when required.

Provides reports on progress andactions on a regular basis by researching documenting andpresenting findings.

Knowledge of SAP a plus but not required

You have good PC skills (MSOffice software like Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)

Strong communicationskills needed both verbal and written

Required skills to have for the success ofthis role

Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience required

Be able to demonstrate the ability to handlesemicomplex to complex projects and determine the critical path toimprove timely performance

Independently perform important areas of standardprofessional level work that typically requires processing andinterpreting more complex less clearly defined issues.
