ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joe Ruggiero - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.
Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Current Property & Casualty license - We pay for training!
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 3 months of your start date - We pay for training!
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
