Extrusion Machine Operator

Staffmark has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Rogers, AR, seeking a reliable Extrusion Machine Operator to join their team. This climate-controlled facility offers a clean , well-organized work environment and is recognized as one of the top employers in the area.

Pay : $18 / hr

Schedule : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM | 2-2-3 rotating shift

In this role, you'll operate extrusion equipment, ensure product quality, and help maintain smooth production processes.

Responsibilities :

• Operate extrusion machinery to meet production standards
• Set up machines using proper conditions and parameters
• Use computer systems to monitor and adjust run conditions
• Start up and shut down production lines safely and efficiently
• Perform quality control checks and report issues
• Follow all SOPs and safety procedures
• Accurately complete production and shift documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
