Client Coordinator
Description :
- Responds to inquiries or issues in a timely manner on the phone and / or email.
- Resolves issues through active listening by clarifying the concern, determining the best course of action, explaining the solution, expediting correction including dispatching service and / or ordering parts, ensuring a quality interaction.
- Generates detailed and factual customer documentation.
- Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude always.
Hours : Monday - Friday, first shift
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Ideal candidates have over 5+ years of call center experience
40+ WPM typing Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus .
Experience with SAP, ERP, CRM technology is a plus
