Job Title : Design and Analysis Engineer 4
Location : Everett Washington
Shift : 1st shift, 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm
Onsite requirement : 100% onsite
Duration : 12 months
Position Responsibilities :
- Works with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for passenger seats.
- Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
- Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
- Supervises supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
- Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.
- Designs airplane physical and electrical system interfaces, encompassing airplane and seat wiring.
- This role will require occasional national and / or international travel to visit customers and subcontractors.
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
- Bachelors of Science (or greater) from an accredited course of study, in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, including design, integration, and / or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
- Experience leading a cross-functional team
Must Haves :
- Project management skills
- DO-160 or DO-178 knowledge of experience
- Understanding on Systems Engineering concepts
- Experience working with suppliers and customers supplier / customer facing role
- Experience with aerospace interferers (working with aircraft seats)
- Having experience with electrical System interface design
Plusses :
PMP certification
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience.
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
