About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager for our Energy and Sustainability product portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will serve as the General Manager for this portfolio, working closely with leaders across the organization to deliver world class products and, ultimately, successful commercial outcomes.

We're open to hiring this role in the US.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the senior-most Product Manager for our sustainability and energy efficiency portfolio.
  • Shape the product vision and develop the product roadmap; clearly communicate what we are building and why we are building it across the business.
  • Own the KPIs for your product - including revenue targets.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data science, marketing, sales, deployment, and finance to bring solutions to market on time, on budget, and with high quality.
  • Drive the product discovery process, working closely with clients, to determine what goes into the backlog (and then prioritise decisively).
  • Work closely with Sales and directly with clients to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Working with Data Science to develop value-add applications of AI and ML.
  • Evangelise the product both internally and externally.

What you will need

  • Proven Product Management experience at a Senior or Lead level.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to product creation / development.
  • Track record of success at leading cross functional teams (especially design + engineering).
  • Be collaborative, curious, and have an ownership mindset.

What will make you stand out

  • Experience working in the Proptech or Energy space is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a Product General Manager model and / or owning commercial KPIs for your product.
  • Experience working with hardware solutions (IoT sensors ideally).
  • Worked in a tech startup environment (and enjoyed it!).

Why we think you’ll love it here

  • Huge responsibility and fascinating challenges you’ll be joining us early on in our journey, with plenty of autonomy and room to develop your role.
  • Fully remote company : we have offices in London and Washington DC available for employees, but most of us work fully remotely.

We also do in-person team and company get togethers throughout the year.

Joining a fast-growing team of brilliant people building solutions at the forefront of smart building technology!

We offer a great work environment, a clear development path, and many tangible benefits for both UK / US, including :

  • Enhanced paternity, maternity and adoption leave.
  • Competitive salary and equity participation.
  • Private Healthcare including vision, and dental benefits.
  • 401k / UK Pension.
  • Highly flexible and autonomous working.
  • Monthly paid personal development days.
  • Annual paid volunteer day to help out a charity of your choice
  • Carbon footprint off-setting ( 12 tonnes per employee per year).

Come save the world with us!

Feel good about your work : Infogrid is actively helping big companies reduce their environmental footprint. We also offset everyone’s carbon footprint.

We’re flexible : We encourage remote working and offer flexible working hours to everyone.

We're passionate : everyone is passionate about the mission and how the work we do helps our planet

Work with great people : work alongside incredibly talented and supportive within a small but mighty workforce
