Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and fabrication of HVAC equipment and ductwork, ensuring that all systems are installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC-related equipment, including gas lines, flue pipes, and electrical wiring.
• Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings with precision and care.
• Perform start-ups for heating and cooling systems and provide limited diagnostics when needed.
• Mentor apprentices, fostering a team environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
• Ensure all installations are completed to meet company and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in excellent working order.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC installation and ductwork fabrication.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• EPA Certified, with NATE Certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or diploma preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights over 15 feet.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
