Solution Consultant
The Solution Consultant supports the sale of the isolved suite of Human Capital Management products and services by being the primary technical and demonstration resource for internal and external Sales Partners
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE :
- Perform in-depth technical demonstrations of the complete isolved Human Capital Management solution and other applications.
- Assist internal and partner sales teams in upselling new products and services to existing customers.
- Work closely with internal and partner sales teams to identify and remove barriers in closing the sale.
- Answer application and technical questions and assist in responses to RFPs / RFIs
- Work with internal technical resources to continually develop and improve the client demonstration environment and processes.
- Analyze competition and communicate market challenges and opportunities to management.
- Utilize the NetSuite CRM solution and other company tools according to the current set of standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of the application and technical features of all solutions in our sales portfolio.
- As new features, modules, or solutions are added spend sufficient time learning the new functionality to develop technical expertise.
- Attend and present at trade shows, user conferences, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
- Travel is expected. Anticipate 20% or less of the time
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSTION :
- BA / BS or equivalent work experience in the HCM space required. Specifically, a strong background around payroll, HR, benefits enrollment and administration, timekeeping, and hiring / onboarding processes.
- Minimum 3-5 years in client facing roles, understanding of and experience with Human Capital Management systems, and SaaS technology.
- Key skills include :
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to communicate professionally in written responses
- Ability to manage own time efficiently / self-motivated
- Technical aptitude / Quick learner
- Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM solutions, etc.
