Summary
Schedule : 32 hour schedule
The Administrative Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and / or multiple teams.
Job responsibilities include :
- Monitors Epic bed board Organizing and prioritizing requests for patient care items
- Data collection
- Customer service
- Answering incoming calls, dispatch
- This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
License / Certifications : N / A
Experience : Minimum of 12 months' customer service experience required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Ability to sort and file accurately.
Ability to type routine correspondence, forms, reports, etc.
