Medical Assistant / Nurse LPN Regional Float (PC)

The Medical Assistant / Nurse LPN is part of the person-centered integrated care team and establishes and maintains effective, professional working relationships with patients and their representatives and with medical staff. The Medical Assistant upholds all guidelines set forth in the clinic, maintains strict patient confidentiality, accepts and upholds patient service and satisfaction and assists practitioners and physicians in delivering health care services.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working 40 hours weekly. The schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7am - 5 : 30pm.

This is a Regional Float position that will be required to float / travel between all Primary Care sites in St. Charles County.

WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Medical Assistant Certification preferred

Must qualify under (at least) one of the below :

Five (5) or more years experience as a medical assistant

Ten (10) or more years experience as a medical assistant

At least two (2) years' experience as a licensed practical nurse in providing medical nursing treatment to individuals treated in a primary health care setting preferred
