Product Owner (EMR / EHR)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
You will gather and prioritize requirements, manage development backlogs, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is essential, as you will help drive healthcare-related projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
- Assist other product owners on the team to own the product backlog, defining and prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks.
- Work closely with development teams using Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation.
- Ensure alignment between product development and business goals by maintaining close communication with stakeholders.
- Manage and communicate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations effectively.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Leverage your experience with healthcare EHR / EMR systems to ensure the product meets healthcare industry standards and compliance.
- Continuously refine product roadmaps and strategies based on user feedback, market trends, and business needs.
Qualifications :
- Experience as a Product Owner in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and project tracking.
- Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare EHR / EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface between technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Can work in a *fully remote* yet cohesive team.
