Salary : $70,000 / yr.
Schedule : 1st shift
System Administrator responsibilities include :
- Administer IT network infrastructure, including server management, network configurations, and firewalls.
- Manage data backups, storage needs, and ensure timely software updates and patches.
- Oversee the company's helpdesk, managing onboarding / offboarding, user support tickets, troubleshooting, and post-resolution follow-ups.
- Configure, deploy, service, and upgrade personal computers, maintaining hardware / software inventory and contracts.
- Maintain user access controls, system permissions, and implement basic security measures (e.g., antivirus, MFA, encryption).
- Backup administrator for core business applications (Google Workspace, O365, Salesforce, etc.).
- Conduct system / network assessments, document processes, and identify IT process improvements for strategy development.
Qualifications :
- College degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows, IBM server, and network administration, along with knowledge of TCP / IP, HTTP, HTTPS, and DHCP.
- Experience in server virtualization and database administration (MS SQL & AS400).
- Familiarity with Cisco equipment, including phone systems, firewalls, and switches.
- Resourceful, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Frevvo workflow, and SAP Concur is a plus.
