This is a full-time leadership position with a set schedule, ensuring stability in your professional life. While you'll have a defined routine, be prepared to be on call to address any urgent matters that may arise outside of regular working hours.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A WELLNESS DIRECTOR - LPN :

As the Wellness Director, your day begins with the knowledge that you play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

You lead a dedicated nursing team, conducting comprehensive resident assessments and crafting personalized service plans tailored to individual needs.

Your hands-on approach extends to medication management and adherence to safety protocols, creating a secure environment that fosters the well-being of our community.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A WELLNESS DIRECTOR - LPN :

• A valid LPN license
• Senior living and assisted living experience
