Shift Times : 12-hour shifts
- Option 1 : Weekends, Friday through Sunday, 8 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM with rotating weekends / on-call / holidays
- Option 2 : Monday through Friday, 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM with rotating weekends / on-call / holidays
Hourly Rate : $35.00 - $40.00
Sign-On Bonus : $5,000
Role Overview :
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide mobile diagnostic imaging services to various healthcare environments, including skilled nursing facilities, prisons / jails, and home health settings.
You will be responsible for performing high-quality X-rays and EKGs, ensuring accurate imaging for physician interpretation, and delivering care with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, transmitting results to Radiologists for interpretation.
- Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment to various healthcare facilities for exams ordered by physicians.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images.
- Conduct EKGs (if required) and submit results to Cardiologists for interpretation.
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, and healthcare professionals.
- Efficiently manage the maintenance of the mobile vehicle and X-ray equipment.
