Serenity Hospice is searching for a reputable Healthcare Community Recruiter in the Oregon Market. This ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a sales mentality, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with local schools and colleges.
Position Requirements & Competencies :
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment and / or sales experience
- Healthcare and / or hospice experience required.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with local schools and colleges.
- Travel - 50-75% - Eugene, Salem and Portland
- Expertise in working with an ATS, Clear Company a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Drive to provide excellent customer service and a high touch experience with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
