CNC Setup Machinist - 1 st

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 AM 2 : 30 PM Salary : $22 28.00 p / hr. DOE

We’re hiring CNC computer-controlled machines to perform one or more functions on sheet metal, aluminum, or plastic work pieces.

What you will be doing as a CNC Setup Machinist :

• Expert ability to set-up and operate assigned machine tools.
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to inspect their work to hold specified tolerances
• Must have their own basic set of machinist tools
• Ability to operate 3-axis,4-axis or 5-axis mills, HAAS
• Maintain all equipment and tools within the workstation as required by the preventative maintenance schedules
• Work with manufacturing team members to produce quality parts and products as required to meet our customer’s needs
• Be detailed oriented and quality focused
• Work well with others as a fellow team member

What is Required as a n CNC Setup Machinist :

• High School diploma or GED
• 7+ years of experience required
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work in a fast-paced production setting
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthful work environment for self and other team members
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
• Support the ISO 9000 / AS 9100 quality requirements
