The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join our In-House Maintenance team on a 6-month opportunity covering maternity leave, primarily based at our Booth Street site.
As a Delivery Coordinator, youll work closely with our in-house maintenance teams, as well as colleagues across Midland Heart, to make sure KPIs are met and delivery is in a timely, cost effective manner.
Youll deliver brilliant administrative support including the processing of orders, invoices and other contract documentation.
Youll be assisting in the production of regular team reporting, involved in managing fleet and facilities, and attending meetings as necessary, providing support through minute taking as required.
Youll have excellent administrative skills and be someone who strives under pressure and has the ability to manage a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines.
Youll be able to demonstrate some basic technical knowledge of domestic repairs, maintenance and fleet. Importantly, youll have great stakeholder manager skills, as youll be communicating with Multi-skilled Trade Operatives, operational managers, sub-contractors and tenants.
